Writing articles, blogs and even a book can help you establish credibility in your field. Attend this meeting to learn the benefits of becoming an expert through articles and blogs and the benefits of being an author. 

Our speaker Diane Pfadenhauer, is both an expert and an author in her field and she will share tips to overcome challenges and ways to find success. 

With over 25 years of experience in human resources and as an attorney, Diane is president of Employment Practices Advisors, Inc. a boutique firm specializing in employment litigation consulting (including workplace investigations and expert witness testimony on human resource practices) and human resource consulting encompassing a broad spectrum of tactical and strategic human resource practices and compliance including interim staff, risk prevention and developing human resource strategies to support business goals and objectives. For the past 10 years she has been a professor in the M.B.A. program at St. Joseph’s College in New York. Prior to her position at St. Joseph’s, she spent over a decade as an adjunct professor in graduate programs throughout the New York metropolitan area.

She has authored nine books on the subjects of employment law and human resources including Workplace Investigations: Discrimination and Harassment and New York State Employer’s Legal Guide. She is past president of the Long Island Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is also the writer and editor of the award winning StrategicHRLawyer weblog (www.strategichrlawyer.com) read by over 25,000 unique visitors per month from over 50 countries and is considered one of the most influential Tweeters (@hrlawyer) and Bloggers in human resources and employment law.
