This webinar will cover how you can uncover your hidden potential and the relationship between talent and skills. Uncovering hidden potential in your experience, education, behavior, motivators, and EQ can allow for greater self-understanding as well as improved work performance. 

In this webinar Dr. Nair will:

About Ranjit Nair, Potluck Culture 

Dr. Ranjit Nair is a leadership, people, and talent management expert, executive coach, facilitator, consultant, educator, speaker and author. He is a former Chief Human Resources Officer and has worked at some of the most respected global companies including Bank of America, Honeywell, Becton Dickinson, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Globalfoundries.  He has deep expertise in helping companies transform effectively, unleash market value, drive innovation, and enhance productivity. Dr. Nair is also the CEO of Potluck Culture Solutions – a leadership and performance consultancy. He also runs a youth leadership camp called MindCraft Institute – an innovative concept that helps emerging talent discover themselves, find the right college majors, excel in their chosen vocations, and build personal brands to change their worlds. 

Dr. Nair has been a Faculty member at Baruch College-City University of New York since 2017 and previously was Assistant Professor of Management and MBA Capstone Coordinator at St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX.  He speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Malayalam and French and is a frequent writer on management topics for HR.com, Strategy Magazine, and AllBusiness.com.  He is an authorized partner at EverythingDiSC – A Wiley Company. Dr. Nair received his doctorate in Organization and Management from Capella University, MBA from Golden Gate University, and his undergraduate degree in Accounting from California State University, Sacramento. He also hold a certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Harvard University.
